Hunters feeding the hungry
is a program where hunters donate excess
big game meat to the needy through local food pantries and shelters.
With the cooperation of local butcher shops, hunters can donate any
amount of meat they want. The butcher is not out any of his
income and hunters will not miss 5 or 10 lbs. of burger.
The Nebraska program was started in 1994 with 750 lbs. collected.
Since then 65,500 lbs. have been donated to the needy in our state.
Please help us in this worth while cause. Sharing the harvest
of the heartland with those who are hungry truly will cleanse your soul! Thank you for what
